Recovery

After about one to two hours after surgery, you will be discharged to home. Patients are avised to relax for the rest of the day, bed rest is not necessary. There are no dietary restrictions post-surgery, and you can shower anytime after your procedure. 

As with any procedure, breast lift recovery will look different from patient to patient. In general, most women can return to work after about 1 – 2 weeks, with  swelling resolving in about 3 – 6 weeks.
